A background you won’t find on a typical real estate resume
Before real estate I had a pretty broad range of jobs. Horticultural and agricultural research, telco sales management, shelf packing, night fill, working the counter at a corner store, labouring in a few different industries, and five years as a trades assistant and rigger in the coal mines. I even sold cars for a day. One day. We won’t talk about that one. Three years into real estate now, with some genuinely good results already under my belt, I can safely say that mix of experience is actually my biggest strength. It means I’ve dealt with a huge range of people, problems and pressure, and I bring all of that to the table for you, tailored to what you actually need rather than a script.

Roll up my sleeves and get stuck in
From buying and selling and everything in between, I’ll roll up my sleeves and get seriously stuck in to get you the best result the market can give. If you need help or don’t know where to start, let’s sit down and map out
the next steps together, step by step. I have also owned and sold a few rental properties myself and have dabbled in some joint venture renovations, so when I talk about property it’s not just theory to me.
And if you want proof I can handle high stress, low sleep situations and still come out smiling, I’ve got a two year old at home and another baby on the way. If I can negotiate with a toddler on zero sleep, a property negotiation isn’t going to worry me.

Built off grid, tested everyday
My family and I live totally off grid on a small homestead we built ourselves, It’s had its fair share of genuinely tough, rainy days. But it’s taught us that hard work is worth it and when you come out the other side, you come out more resilient and more ready for whatever’s next. I bring that same attitude to your sale.

Loyalty, trust and a straight answer
If my work across all those different jobs has taught me anything, it’s that loyalty, trust and commitment are what build real networks, and what let you bring other people forward with you, not just yourself.
I won’t dodge the uncomfortable conversation. My job is to be truthful, realistic and professional, even when that’s not the easiest thing to say.
